We invite you to begin or continue your yoga practice in our warm and inviting studio space located inside of Contact Climbing Gym. Feel confident in your practice under the guidance of our experienced and highly respected teachers.
REGISTERING FOR CLASS
Yoga Via’s classes are all first come, first serve. There’s no need to pre-register for class. Just purchase your day pass or membership beforehand or at the gym and check in at the front desk, simple! Grab your favorite yoga mat - we have all the props you need for class! We also have mat rentals available for $2 if needed. We also have lockers and showers that you can use.
CLASS SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTIONS

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow-based yoga classes focus on movement and the flow of energy, linking mind, body and breath to music. 80-85 degrees. HOT Vinyasa 85-95 degrees.

Ashtanga - 75 min
Short Form Ashtanga class. Traditional set series with attention to detail on the fundamentals and attention to deep, controlled breathing in each pose and throughout practice. 80-85 degrees.
Yin Yoga
A more meditative approach, focusing on passive stretching with longer held, seated and lying poses. Great for increasing flexibility, range of motion and releasing stress from your mind and body. Non-heated.
Yoga Foundations
Class is centered around building greater experience and understanding of each asana by going slower and having the opportunity to learn more about yoga as a whole practice. Great for those wanting to spend more time in each pose fine tuning. Non-heated.

Mindful Flow (with Sound on Monday & Wednesday nights)
A gentler, slower flowing experience. Perfect for moving with more ease to gain mobility, balance and strength. Monday nights ending with a long savasana accompanied by a soothing sound bath. Non-heated.

Yogalates
Yogalates blends the mindful movement and flexibility of yoga with the core-strengthening and toning benefits of mat Pilates. A fun hybrid of two amazing practices. 80-85 degrees.
Acro Yoga
No experience or partner required. A hybrid practice that combines the techniques of simple acrobatics and yoga asana with a partner or in a group.

All classes are beginner friendly, with extra attention to the foundations of practice when needed. Variations and options are given in every class for all levels of yoga practitioners.

TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMS
We offer both 200 & 300 Hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training programs.
