Welcome to Yoga Via!

We pride ourselves on being a welcoming, non-judgmental community space where all people feel safe and inspired to express a practice is as unique as you are.

We aim to bring together the healing of mind, body and spirit, so that those who participate will feel empowered to bring about positive change in themselves and their community.

We invite you to begin or continue your yoga practice in our warm and inviting studio space located inside of Contact Climbing Gym. Feel confident in your practice under the guidance of our experienced and highly respected teachers.

 

REGISTERING FOR CLASS

Yoga Via’s classes are all first come, first serve. There’s no need to pre-register for class. Just purchase your day pass or membership beforehand online here or at the gym and check in at the front desk, simple! Grab your favorite yoga mat - we have all the props you need for class! We also have mat rentals available for $2 if needed. The facility also has lockers and showers that you can use. 

CLASS SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTIONS

Vinyasa Flow - 60 min

All levels. Vinyasa flow-based yoga classes focus on movement and the flow of energy, linking mind, body and breath. Variations and options given for all levels and abilities. 80-85 degrees.

Ashtanga - 75 min

All levels. Short Form Ashtanga class. Traditional set series with attention to detail on the fundamentals and attention to deep, controlled breathing in each pose. 80-85 degrees.

Yin Yoga - 60 or 75 min

All levels. A more meditative approach, focusing on passive stretching with longer held, seated and lying poses. Great for increasing flexibility, range of motion and releasing stress from your mind and body. 74-78 degrees.

 

Yoga Foundations - 55 min

All levels. A non-heated asana class centered around building greater experience with asana by going a bit slower and having the opportunity to learn more about yoga as a whole practice. Teacher will vary class depending on intention for the day - catering to who shows up to class!

 

Gentle Vinyasa Flow with Sound - 75 min

All levels. A gentler flowing experience, ending with a long savasana accompanied by a soothing sound bath. 80-85 degrees.

All of Yoga Via's yoga classes are the perfect complement for climbers, offering an opportunity for greater body awareness, as well as strength, flexibility and concentration. All classes are beginner friendly, with extra attention to the foundations of practice when needed. Variations and options are given in every class for all levels of yoga practitioners.

TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMS

We offer two, unique, Yoga Alliance approved teacher training programs. Our 200Hour program is designed for students who wish to learn how to teach yoga or to deepen their personal practice. Our 300Hour advanced level program is for those who already have a 200Hour certificate and wish to enhance their yoga education with advanced studies. Learn more here
